Healing Blend
Wolverine (BPC + TB)
About Wolverine (BPC + TB)
The Wolverine stack is probably the most well-known healing peptide combination. It pairs BPC-157 (10 mg) and TB-500 (10 mg) in a single vial, targeting tissue repair through two different mechanisms.
BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels, which brings more blood flow to injured tissue. TB-500 works through cell migration and differentiation, helping cells get to damaged areas and rebuild. You're attacking an injury from two angles at once.
People use it for tendon and ligament injuries, post-surgical recovery, muscle tears, and chronic joint pain. Having both peptides in one vial simplifies the injection process. Typical protocols run 4 to 8 weeks, with injections close to the injury site or subcutaneously in the abdomen for systemic effects.
Onset and what to expect
BPC-157 tends to act faster than TB-500. Many people notice initial improvement within the first week, especially for inflammatory symptoms. The TB-500 component kicks in around weeks 2 to 4, contributing more to structural repair and flexibility.
For acute injuries (a recent muscle tear or post-surgery), the response is usually faster than for chronic issues like long-standing tendinitis. Give the blend a full 4 to 6 weeks before deciding if it's working. The effects are cumulative.
Side effects
Both peptides are generally well tolerated. The most commonly reported effects are mild: occasional nausea, headache, or dizziness from the BPC-157 component, and temporary lightheadedness or lethargy from the TB-500 component. Injection site irritation can happen with either.
The main theoretical concern is angiogenesis. Both BPC-157 and TB-500 promote new blood vessel growth, which could be problematic if you have existing tumors or a relevant cancer history. No human clinical trials have confirmed this risk, but it's worth discussing with your provider.
Storage and reconstitution
Refrigerate after reconstitution at 36 to 46°F. Lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature before reconstitution. Add bacteriostatic water, swirl gently, and use within 28 days.
The total vial content is 20 mg and doses are in the milligram range, so plan your water volume so you're not drawing huge volumes per injection.
