About KLOW (GHK + KPV + BPC + TB)

KLOW takes the Glow blend and adds KPV (10 mg), an anti-inflammatory tripeptide derived from alpha-MSH. So you get GHK-Cu (50 mg), KPV (10 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), and TB-500 (10 mg) in one vial.

The KPV component targets NF-kB, one of the body's main inflammatory signaling pathways. Adding it means you're repairing tissue, building collagen, and actively dampening the inflammatory response that can slow healing and cause chronic pain.

This blend makes the most sense when inflammation is a primary concern: autoimmune-related joint issues, gut inflammation alongside tissue healing, or recovery where chronic inflammation is part of the problem. If you have a straightforward tendon injury without much systemic inflammation, the Wolverine or Glow blends are probably enough.

Onset and what to expect

The healing timeline matches the Glow blend: BPC-157 effects within the first week or two, TB-500 around weeks 2 to 4, and GHK-Cu skin and tissue quality improvements around weeks 4 to 6.

KPV's anti-inflammatory effects show up within 1 to 2 weeks, particularly for gut-related inflammation like bloating or discomfort. Broader systemic benefits take closer to 3 to 4 weeks of consistent use. Having KPV handle the inflammation while the other components handle repair can speed things up compared to the Glow blend alone.

Side effects

Same profile as the Glow blend, plus the KPV-specific considerations. KPV is well tolerated, with mild fatigue or headache occasionally reported. Because it's derived from alpha-MSH, there's a theoretical potential for slight skin darkening at higher doses, though far less pronounced than with Melanotan peptides.

If you're taking immunosuppressive medications, talk to your doctor before using this blend. KPV modulates NF-kB, and layering that on top of existing immunosuppression could be too much.

Storage and reconstitution

Refrigerate after reconstitution at 36 to 46°F. Like the Glow blend, the GHK-Cu component makes this light-sensitive, so keep it in the fridge or wrapped. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and use within 28 days.

The total vial content is 80 mg. With four components, getting your reconstitution volume right matters for keeping per-dose draw volumes reasonable.
