CJC / Ipamorelin

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin is the most common growth hormone secretagogue pairing. The blend typically contains equal parts (3 mg CJC-1295 + 3 mg Ipamorelin, 6 mg total), though ratios vary by supplier.

The two peptides hit different pathways. CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a GHRH analog that tells your pituitary to produce more growth hormone. Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin at the pituitary to trigger GH release. Together they amplify GH output more effectively than either alone while preserving the body's natural pulsatile release pattern.

The typical protocol is 100 to 300 mcg of each per injection, taken before bed to align with natural GH release during sleep. It's the go-to GH peptide protocol for people who want the recovery and anti-aging benefits of elevated growth hormone without jumping straight to exogenous HGH.
